10-Day Cinco de Mayo Extravaganza!

The Brickyard Gastropub in Dundrum is hosting a 10-day Cinco de Mayo festival from May 1st to May 10th.

They’re turning the venue into a Mexican-inspired celebration space, serving a special menu of dishes like tacos, nachos, tostadas, carne asada, and huevos rancheros. There will also be themed drinks including margaritas, palomas, a new lime-infused Irish lager called “Chido” from Rascals Brewing, and premium tequilas like Clase Azul and Don Julio.

The festival runs all day across the 10 days, aiming to recreate a lively Mexican fiesta atmosphere, with the team extending it beyond the traditional single-day celebration due to strong customer interest. It’s located beside the Balally Luas stop and operates on a walk-in basis.
