“There is a yin and yang to everything in the universe. They are like two sides to the same coin, one cannot exist without the other and they compliment each other” Paul Grilley
Hot Yoga Dublin is pleased to present the 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Melanie McLaughlin from The Yin Space.
Join us for this unique opportunity to explore your “yin-side” over a 5-day Urban Retreat. This course is open to those who are either already 200-hour qualified yoga teachers, and who want to deepen their knowledge and practice of Yin yoga, while cultivating teaching skills that will allow them to facilitate this practice for their students, OR dedicated students wanting to dive in and learn more for their own personal practice and enjoyment.
What’s on offer Yin Yoga training style?
Join us June 13th – June 17th for an urban-style teacher training with Melanie McLaughlin, who will be delivering her inspiring 50-hour Yin Teacher Training programme.
We will slip off the radar for a few days of yin “chill-pill”.
Exploring our ‘Yin-sides’ over 5 days of deep immersion into the other side of the yoga coin, we are keeping it small and intimate and you will be fully versed in the art of teaching yin when you are finished. We answer all the “whys” and practice twice to bookend the day and layer the intellectual information with somatic experience.
Yin yoga is growing in popularity, largely in response to what has become a very “yang”-dominated yoga culture. People are discovering the benefits of a quieter; more still practice – not just in their physical bodies, but also in their nervous and energy systems.
