Amrita Yoga weekend Dublin with Bri Shobana, Amritapuri Ashram

7 February @ 7:00 pm - 9 February @ 6:00 pm

Amrita Yoga offers something deep, elemental and important. The classes and retreats are taught with real love and commitment. Always echoing Amma’s spirit and philosophy in a truly holistic way, Amrita Yoga forms a key part of the ashram’s experience and Amma’s work. This is Yoga in the truest sense, and the union of body, mind and soul. – Jane Eddington, Journalist, Yoga Magazine, UK

“I have practiced Yoga for about 40 years and have reaped many benefits. Amrita Yoga, however, which has been developed under the guidance of Amma (the now world famous compassionate humanitarian and spiritual master), has a whole different level of focus. There is a shift from the perfect posture to the perfect alignment with the Divine. Bri. Shobana is a clear and perfect channel for the love and inspiration behind the technique, through her humour and light heartedness she creates a loving and safe environment where participants can experience not just the wonderful benefits of Yoga practice but also a heart centered more expansive awareness.” Yvonne O Gorman, Physiotherapist, Dublin.
