Spend a morning with your little one. Bonding, stretching and meeting other parents.
This workshop is open to all. A single ticket for mom and baby or a double for you with a family member / friend along with your little one.
This class will allow you to stretch and strengthen your body safely. Your body has been and continues to go through so much.
We will focus on relieving tension and strain in the body that many moms experience from holding and feeding their baby, as well as helping to regain strength.
In addition to this we will practice much needed relaxation techniques.
Doing all this alongside your little one, there will be plenty of baby engagement too, allowing you to spend quality time together and bond.
This is a supportive, relaxed and safe space where you can feed and change your baby without worry. All kinds of baby communication is welcome too. Laughing, crying, gurgling or whatever else they wish.
Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (once mom has been cleared by doctor to exercise) and from 12 weeks if you’ve had a cesarean section. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks to crawling at speed. There will be complimentary tea after class to chat, share stories and allow you and your little one to socialise.
As a new mom Louise knows that while these early months are an amazing time it is also a challenging. Physically, mentally and emotionally. Her desire is to share her two passions, yoga and being a mom. Louise has been practicing and teaching yoga for a number of years and is very new to motherhood. She views them both as an ongoing journey where you learn through practice, trusting your instincts and having people around you that will encourage and support you.
There is no one right way, we are all individuals working with different bodies and minds, learning through shared experiences in a non judgmental environment.
