Breathwork is an active meditation, with deep rhythmic breathing to increase the oxygen flow through the body, resulting in a highly cathartic and slightly psychedelic state of mind.
The technique facilitates the release of emotions we may have been holding onto for many years. Experience deep relaxation and profound healing. Let the breath guide you to the clarity you are seeking.
Just one session will leave you feeling lighter, renewed and often in a state of bliss.
Dress warm and comfortably as we will be practising Breathwork lying down. Mats and Blankets supplied. Bring an eye pillow/mask if you like.

Dr. Scanlon is a certified pranayama breathwork and meditation coach, having trained in New York, New Mexico and California.
Before moving into breathwork coaching, Cathy’s background was as an academic neuroscientist in Psychiatry and Neurology departments internationally and has authored over 30 peer-reviewed research papers.
Cathy specialises in combining the yang of the logical mind and the yin of the intuitive to assist clients to connect deeply with themselves to heal and transform.
