Dublin’s Fourth Mindfulness Mini-Fest! – March 2020

After the huge success of our three Mindfulness Mini-Fests in Dublin, I felt that a fourth one was due! 😇

At our first THREE Mindfulness Mini-Fests in Dublin, we not only SOLD OUT all the tickets but we even had people who couldn’t get tickets queuing up outside the venue in case someone with a ticket didn’t show up so they could take their place!

This time, we are renting the whole building again! Hopefully this will be enough for all of us😜

To ensure that the day is as beneficial and enjoyable as possible, we are limiting places to only 80. This way our guides can give each and every one of you as much attention and time as possible!

We are lengthening the duration of each Workshop from 30 minutes to 45 minutes. This way, each workshop can be more interactive, informative and overall more enjoyable 🙂

Our whole team have put a lot of time and love into the realization of this special day, so you’re in for a real treat!

Abdullah Ahmad (@dtmdmagician)
At the young age of 11, Abdullah meditated for his first time. While he was only 15 years old he published his first book about mindfulness and happier living entitled, ‘Millionaire For Teens’. Since then he has been giving talks and workshops on the topic of Daily Mindfulness to thousands of people in all age groups, in countries across Europe. He will be guiding Mindfulness Meditations, Daily Gratitude Practices and Positive Rampages.

Natalia (@claritypassion101)
Soul Reader and Intuitive Counsellor Natalia from Clarity & Passion will pull a tarot card for you and deliver your personal message from the Universe in a unique and entertaining way. Natalia is accredited by The World Metaphysics Association and has been channelling intuitive messages through her senses from the young age of 10.

Conor Brady (@MrYogaMan)
After studying philosophy, Conor moved to India to become a monk for over 10 years, learning and teaching ancient yoga and meditation practices. Being a strict vegetarian since he was only 18 years old, Conor promises suprise us all with some delicious veggie snacks to keep us going throughout the day! He will be teaching us Yoga Routines, Chanting Practices, Mantra Meditation, Yogi Balancing Postures and Guiding a Meditative Relaxation.

David O’Dwyer (adventuresofachef.com @chefodie)
David is a traveling chef, stand up comic and a Laughter yoga teacher. David found meditation in his 20’s while working at a soup kitchen. On his 30th birthday he hit a rock bottom and found a way of applying spiritual principles to daily living. As of 2019 he began the journey of life coaching helping men apply the H.O.W. method (honesty, Openness, Willingness) in their lives.

Laura Seed (www.innerwildfire.com @innerwildfire)
Laura is an illustrator, graphic designer and more recently alternative art events coordinator. After her mid-life breakthrough in February this year she decided to start all over again and quit her part time corporate job as a graphic designer. She realized her passions lay in teaching people in the area of art and design and also in working with women. From then on she came up with the name Inner Wild Fire which helps people discover there inner creative passion through painting workshops such as sneakers, ukulele’s and notebooks. She currently runs a weekly art class called ‘Zen Wednesdays’.

Marcin Szot (@m4tin_sco7)
Marcin always found himself competing, be it table tennis, volleyball, downhill mountain biking… He finally settled on semi pro triathlons racing. While striving to break the top 10 athletes in his country in 2016, he suffered an almost fatal accident with only 19% of survival. After waking up from a 2 month coma, he found himself at the lowest point of his life.
If suffering multiple organ failures was not enough he was challenged with rebuilding 33kg of muscle mass that was lost during the coma. How do you stand up from this? He has only one answer, “Accept it and move on! One day at a time. “
Marcin is passionate about nutrition, mindful living, yoga, functional mushrooms (chinese medicine) and believes everyone can take charge of their life with a few simple steps every day.
Marcin will be hosting 3 workshops on the day – Three Simple Steps to Empower Your Daily
Life, Yoga for Busy People and How Food Can Improve Your Mood.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
So, you found this event page and you think its something you want to be a part of.
• First things first, you’re going to need a ticket🎟️

• Eat a substantial breakfast on the morning of the Mini Fest! 🥗
• Bring your own yoga mat if you can (we will have a limited amount).
• Then on the day of the Mini Fest, Sunday the 8th of March, try to arrive as close to 12 midday as possible.🕛
• We will supply yummy vegan and veggie snacks throughout the day☺️
• We will check your ticket(s) at the door and show you the space.✔️
• The four Guides, listed above, will introduce themselves at 12:30 and the day will start from then on.🗣️
• The Guides will ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the day.☺️
