Movement has the magic ability to take us deep within ourselves, our world within, reaching our deepest nature- our essence from source before it’s been masked by ourselves and life at large.
Dance has the profound power to transform the body, emotion and mind.
Corina’s passion lies in holding space for people to reconnect with their own inner wisdom, inherent strength and resilience. Drawing on embodied approaches emphasising both stillness and movement- Corina encourages students to come back to their grounded and centred core and to cultivate practices of self-care that are empowering and compassionate to self and others.
She utilises grounding techniques and health habits that have guided her in life- nurturing the body and calming the mind, fostering a natural connection with soul.
Corina carries experience in facilitating, co-hosting and assisting with empowerment workshops and retreats in modalities such as dance, yoga, chanting, breathwork, fasting & juicing.
This class is open to all. Wear clothes that you feel comfortable and free in.
