Proms at Powerscourt will be a really special evening of classical music with some of Ireland’s finest musicians, including members of the world -renowned RTÉ Concert Orchestra in support of the work of Dublin Simon Community.

Aedín Gormley of RTÉ Lyric FM will introduce the night’s entertainment, which will feature string, wind and brass elements of the RTÉ Concert Orchestra.  There will also be a host of wonderful raffle prizes, kindly donated by the shops and businesses of Powerscourt, including Chupi, Courtville Antiques, Alan Keville Hair Salon, This is Knit, and many more.  You won’t want to miss out!

Proceeds of the night will go directly towards our frontline work.  As you know, we are grappling with the worst homelessness and housing crisis we have seen in more than 50 years of operation.  The rising cost of living and a shrinking rental market push more and more people into a situation they never thought they would be in.
