Queen Bitch plays The Hut w/ special guests Jessie Dingle and Trinkets!

10th August @ 7:30 pm - 11:30 pm

€5

Join us for an unforgettable evening of intimate performances at the iconic venue, The Hut in Phibsborough! Hosted by Queen Bitch to celebrate the release of her fourth single, “Peaceful Feeling,” the night will feature a solo acoustic performance by the talented Jessie Dingle, followed by a dreamy and soothingly melancholic show by Trinkets.

Jessie Dingle, a singer-songwriter and avid Dublin busker, is known for her captivating performances, featuring both original music and covers, including some classic versions translated as Gaeilge (into Irish)! Dingle draws inspiration from artists like Kate Bush, Florence and the Machine, Joni Mitchell, Niamh Regan, and James Vincent McMorrow , among many others. Her deeply passionate performances offer a raw and genuine connection with her audience.

Trinkets, a 5-piece Dublin band, provide the perfect soundtrack to your quarter-life crisis. Their music is characterized by a sense of melancholy, vulnerability, and honest lyrics that address the challenges faced in one’s twenties. In the words of Void Magazine,

Blue is a beautifully written and emotionally resonant song that showcases Trinkets’ talent for crafting captivating and picturesque lyrics.”

Headlining the night, Queen Bitch is a dynamic 4-piece rock band from Dublin, led by Róisín Bohan, and featuring Matt Brennan on bass, Rafael Barrelo on guitar, and Sam Parcon on drums. The music blends rock, blues, and grunge in empowering and unique ways, telling stories of finding strength, overcoming grief, and reconnecting with the simple joys of life.

Queen Bitch celebrates the release of her fourth single, “Peaceful Feeling,” following her previous releases “The Last Time,” “Confines,” and debut single “Bones” in October 2023. With plenty more events and releases in store over the next few months, be sure to stay tuned!
