Do you struggle with your relationship with food? Are you unhappy with the way things are? Do you wish to change that, but at the same time, dread the thoughts of having to embark on yet another diet?

Niamh is a non-diet Nutritionist, Intuitive Eating Counselor and Yoga Teacher. She helps people create a healthy relationship with their food, mind and body through counselling, workshops, events and embodied yoga practices. She believes that each of us holds the wisdom inside as to how to fuel and move our body in a way that make us feel at our best. By tapping into your intuition, you can learn how, what and when to eat based on your own bodies cues of hunger, fullness and satisfaction, rather than external cues like diets, food rules or meal plans. This approach helps you to take your power back over food and shows you how to nourish yourself in a way that nurtures long lasting health behaviors.
