This workshop includes a light vegan lunch with Tea/Coffee.
The Morning will consist of a strong flow sequence that will get our inner fire burning along with a brief explanation and conversation of the Bhagavad Gita. (An ancient Yoga story, exploring the topics of Dharma, Karma Yoga and Bhakti)
A light vegan lunch will be served with Tea/Coffee.
After Lunch we will have a Meditaion Practice and we will explore a deeper conversation about the Bhagavad Gita and its topics. Ending our Day with a delicious Yin Yoga Sequence.
This day will allow us a safe, encouraging space to speak about and question our spiritual beliefs, and explore an ancient story told by Krishna, a story that has personally given me strength and courage to live a life that’s true to me.
This Workshop will be mixed level, the morning sequence will be physically challenging however modifications will be offered.
Half day is available for anyone who prefers not to participaurin the physical practice. Our venue is fully wheelchair accessible and chairs are available for meditation and talks.
10 – 11.30 – Hatha Yoga Practice
11.30 – 12.30 – Introduction to the Bhagavad Gita
12.30 – 1.15 – Lunch
1.15 – 2.00 – Meditation
2.00 – 3.00 – Discussion on the topics of the Bhagavad Gita
3.00 – 4.00 – Yin Yoga Practice
